About Tomorrow Is Possible

Frederik Matthys

 

Frederik Matthys is the founder of Tomorrow Is Possible, an independent consulting practice, helping international organizations, public institutions, and mission-driven teams navigate change, clarify strategy, and build capacity. Tomorrow Is Possible offers tailored support in strategic planning, organizational development, leadership coaching, facilitation and evaluation. Before Tomorrow Is Possible, Frederik was the Head of Policies and Networks in the OECD Development Co-operation Directorate (Development Assistance Committee). From 2006 to 2021, he worked for the United Nations in different capacities at country and HQ level, most recently as the Chief Policy and Innovation for the Resident Coordinators System in the Development Coordination Office. He started his career working as policy advisor in Belgium for the Flemish Department of Foreign Affairs and as a change management consultant in the private sector.


In addition to his professional work, Frederik is a dedicated educator. He is currently adjunct professor at SciencesPo in Paris, France and has also taught at institutions like Columbia University in the United States and the American University in Cairo. His teaching focuses on sustainable development and global partnerships, allowing him to share his practical experience with the next generation of changemakers.
